This course is designed to provide skills needed to create an GOT (Graphic Operators Terminal) Series HMI (human-machine interface) automation project used to control and monitor a plant or a machine operation. GT Designer software will be utilized to practice the tasks associated with creating an HMI project.
In this course, you will acquire understanding of special function of HMI and able to select appropriate HMI for a particular job. Furthermore, you will be able to communicate PLC with GOT through network system as well as interface designer by GT Designer 3. HMI/SCADA project will be develop using object-oriented animated graphics, an open database format, and enhanced capabilities for trending, alarming, derived tag creation, and event detection.
Training Prerequisites:
To successfully complete this course, the following prerequisites are required:
- Experience in operating a computer within a Microsoft windows environment.
